Interview with Miss StarDoll World 2011

One year later. Believe or not it has been almost a year since the first round of Miss Stardoll World 2011. I was able to speak to the winner of Miss Stardoll World 2011 and as her a few questions about her win and her pass year as Miss Stardoll World.

-Hello Ceren.gk, I know there is sort of a language barrier here but I appreciate you taking the time for this interview!

- Since Miss Stardoll World 2012 is right around the corner what tips do you have for the contestants this year?

C: I think they must construct their suite as much as possible and style their medoll with personal designs!

-What was the hardest part of running for Miss Stardoll World?

C:The hardest part was promoting myself by broadcast but my country helped me too. thanks to all.

-What was it like waking up to find your medoll Miss Stardoll World 2011! I can only image you being super excited!

C:Yes, I was very excited and happy of being MSW. Because I spent to much effort.

-So you’ve received a lot of attention, was it difficult trying to live your normal Stardoll life with everyone’s eyes on you?

C:I'm very happy that everyone visit my suite and write in my guest book, but it was really difficult for me of course.

-What was the best part of winning this title?

C:I understood that I have really perfect friends behind me .

- I'm sure this pass year has been pretty hectic for you. Ready to retire your title?

C:Yes exactly it was hectic for me but yes I won’t enter to competition this year.

Party planner tips

Hello, dollies! Today I'm going to share with you a few tips that helped me when I was running for Party Planner.Hope these help you too!

1. First of all, throw parties as much as you can throguhout the day. This is probably the most obvious piece of advice I have for you, but it's one of the most important. You can host a new party every 30 minutes, so there are plenty of opportunities!

2. Secondly, ask the everyone at your parties to vote! You need their votes to place. This should be a priority during your campaign, but don't make it your number one focus at your parties. If you do, your guests will most likely leave.

3. Make sure you throw private parties that are just for you and your friends! Stardoll allows you to throw a private party and an open party at the same time. Use this to your advantage. Invite your friends, and surely they will help you.

4. Never be discouraged. If you don't see your doll up there with the winners of the day, try again! I can't stress this enough! you have to keep a positive attitude! It took me five or six tries to win. You WILL win as long as you don't give up.

Inspr: Meet FLYINGPEARL1! ♥

Meet FlyingPearl1 - a great example of an inspirational non-superstar player! Her focus in the game is on her doll and outfits and her talent definitely shines through, despite only working with limited resources. Her hair is cleverly done and looks amazing, while her outfits are carefully constructed and layered to add texture! The colours also compliment each other really well! You'd never guess from her doll that she's never been superstar before! ♥

I love finding amazing non-superstar players as they encourage people not to be stereotypical - that they can be just as amazing as Superstar and Royalty! ♥

After all, it's the creativity that counts, not just the money! xx

Doll Release - Ricardo Tozzi

                                                 Today Stardoll has released  new doll-Ricardo Tozzi
                                        So, let me present them to you - a little late, but better late than never, right?;)

Ricardo Tozzi ( Campinas , August 18 of 1975 ) is an actor and model Brazilian .

Biography

He graduated in Administration and dropped his career as an executive to work on novels. 

Debuted on television in the soap opera Bang Bang , as the doctor Harold.  In July 2007 , ended the dating with actress Daniele Suzuki . 

In 2006 , Ricardo took the novel Foot in Jaca  and in 2007 , the show Workout . 

After participating in the series of episodes of TV Globo ,  Ricardo in 2009 , he joined the cast of the novel Passage to India . 

In 2010 , Ricardo was in the theater with the play written and directed collapse ofHamilton Vaz Pereira . In the cast were also Osmar Prado , André Mattos , Lena Brito and Emanuelle Araújo .  Also in 2010 , staged the play Hell, along with Barbara Peace , directed by Hector Babenco .  Also that year, took part in the series SOS Emergency  and The Life of Others . 

In 2011 , he was in the telenovela Foolish Heart of Gilberto Braga and Ricardo Linhares .  In 2012 , he was in the miniseries Dercy of Truth , he played the acrobat Tadei Vito. 

In Full of Charm , the actor plays two characters: the driver Ignatius romantic villain and singer Fabian.

Talented Medolls 3

Hello again!Today's post is about talented wig designers! Since mainly superstars wear wigs there will only be 2 people today: One royalty and one superstar.

The royalty:

Her hair is large and in charge! It just looks so cool! And I haven't yet seen anybody on stardoll who has created a bow with stardesign hair so well done to her!

The superstar:

Her hair is crazy and I just love it! It's so unique. Again I haven't seen anybody on stardoll who has created any hair like that! And it works with her doll!

Lastly I have a non-superstar here, who I think just has a unique medoll and that is:

I think it is quie creative to use your doll like that. It brings all your attention to her doll. Also I love how she used free things to create such a unique suite! It shows you can create cool things with free things!

Doll Release - Peyton List

Peyton Roi List (born April 6, 1998) is an American child actress and child model. List is best known from the ABC network's show Cashmere Mafia where she played Frances O'Connor's onscreen daughter, Sasha Burden, from the movie 27 Dresses where she played the younger version of Katherine Heigl's character Jane, and for her co-starring role as "Emma Ross" on the Disney Channel comedy series, Jessie. She's well known for her role as Holly Hills in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series.

Life and career

List was born in Florida, but moved to New York at the age of four. She has two brothers: Spencer (her twin) and Phoenix, both actors and models. She currently resides in both New York and Los Angeles.

List has been a 2011 model for Justice magazine and a character on the new Disney channel show Jessie. List appeared alongsideRobert Pattinson in the movie Remember Me as a girl who bullies Pattinson's character's little sister. In 2010, List appeared in the Disney film The Sorcerer's Apprentice, and in Lifetime Movie Network's Secrets in the Walls, alongside Jeri Ryan and Kay Panabaker. List began modeling at a late age, both by herself and with her brother Spencer. She has appeared in over four hundred commercial advertisements in various formats for various companies.^{[citation needed]}

List starred in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules. She had a major role as Holly Hills, the crush of Greg Heffley (Zachary Gordon).

Pick of the day - 2.8.2012

To days Pick of the day is the Original Future Maze dress, found in the shop Original Future.  This dress was released yesterday, and consists of nice prints, and a Blue/ Purple colour scheme. It costs an expensive 15 stardollars.

New contest - Ready, set, design! (Olympics contest 2 of 3)

'O noble one, remember I told you that athletes at the ancient Olympics in Greece had to compete in the nude? Well, that's not going to work in London...it's just too cold!' 

Here's what you need to do:  

1. Go to Stardesign Fashion.
2. Use the tracksuit outline on page 1, to design your very own original sport outfit. Get creative, use your imagination to design something that your country's top athletes would be proud to wear. 
3. Buy your design and go to your suite. 
4. Take a picture of your doll wearing the tracksuit and submit the picture on this page:          http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=3041

12 winners will win 60 Stardollars each.

Please note that your tracksuit needs to be an original creation. Any entries that do not fit this criteria will be disqualified.

Glam party make-up tutorial

1. Take a sparkly purple eyeshadow and apply it all over your eyelids.

2. Take another shade of purple eyeshadow and apply it to the top lashline, as if you were applying eyeliner. 

3. Take a white eyeliner and apply it to the inner corners of your eyes for an "open" feel.

4. Use a black eyeliner and apply it to the outer halves of your bottom AND top lashlines.

5. Grab a soft, pink lipstick and spread the color on your lips. 

You're done! I hope this was helpful. Now rock this at your next party in the Chat Rooms!

Diy Style Ideas - Studs!

Lately i saw the new Frankie Morello Tribute store in the Starplaza which inspired me to write this blog post "DIY Style Ideas - Studs!", the store is full of edgy, cool designs and lots of them are covered in metal!

Studs are a fabulous way to add a punk touch to any outfit and they come in a variety of different styles from pyramid studs, to cone spikes, and even to simple flat pieces of metal shapes and they come in any colour imaginable so there's a perfect stud for everyone. You can buy them in most leather crafts stores and online relatively cheaply and you can customise almost anything with them. Here is a list of things i have added studs to in real life to give you a few ideas for yourself: Leather bracelets, denim shorts, leather jackets, denim jackets, blazers and headbands. The possibilities are endless with studs, if you have an old jacket that you no longer like, simply stick a few studs around the seams and adorn the shoulders with different sized spikes to transform a plain old jacket into a fashion statement all of your friends will be jealous of! On Stardoll visit almost any shop in the Starplaza and you're bound to find a lovely new statement piece for your MeDoll's wardrobe that you can wear over and over and turn heads in!

Talented Medolls 2

Hello so I have taken advice from people and this time I will feature: one royalty, one superstar and one non-superstar. There is a twist though. This talented medolls post is dedicated to suites!

So here it goes:

I love all the pink! But she does tone it down with the grey walls. So I think she has done a great job!

        It doesn't look like a suite it looks like a work of art! It's amazing!

 think it's a great idea to use the 0sc paintings to create walls because you could save a lot of money! So again overall I think she has done a great job!
